General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to the use of the mobile application "JustUs" and related services provided by JustLAB.

2. Subscriptions and payments

JustUs offers paid subscriptions. Billing is processed through the Apple App Store. The purchase contract for a subscription is concluded with Apple.

Shared subscription: Within the JustUs service, a subscription purchased by one partner can be shared with the linked partner account at no additional cost, provided both accounts are properly linked in the app.

3. Cancellation and term

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted accessibility. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

5. Final provisions

German law applies. If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
