Bring AI chat and your own knowledge into one workspace. Retrieval can use full-text search and optional embeddings, depending on your configuration.

Add documents and import bounded text content from GitHub or GitLab repositories as searchable knowledge for your conversations.

Audio into usable knowledge
Transcribe audio and work with live microphone or browser-tab audio. Optional speaker separation uses a separately configured local service.

Connect remote MCP servers and make their tools available in conversations. Tool calls require approval by default; credentials stay in the backend.

JustAI

Hosting and setup.

Deploy with Docker Compose or Helm on your infrastructure. JustAI uses PostgreSQL with pgvector. The AI providers and external tools you configure determine which data leaves your installation; self-hosting does not automatically make every model local.
